Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Technical issues that prevent you from accessing a purchased product or service (after our support team has verified and failed to resolve the issue)
Accidental purchases, reported within 24 hours and not used or accessed
Subscription billing errors, such as being charged after cancellation
We do not offer refunds for:
Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
Services that have already been rendered or partially completed
Subscription renewals not canceled before the billing date
"Change of mind" or lack of use by the customer

Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to block your access to future services and take appropriate legal action.
